All we need is access to water and, preferably, electricity. We arrive in our fully-equipped mobile detailing van, set up our equipment, and transform your vehicle right in your driveway or parking space.
What areas do you service?
We service the entire Manatee and Sarasota County areas, including Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice, Lakewood Ranch, Anna Maria Island, and surrounding communities. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service area. Contact us to confirm service availability in your specific location.
How long does a car detailing service take?
Service times vary based on your vehicle's size and condition, as well as the package selected. A Basic Shine typically takes 1.5-2 hours, Signature Shine 2-3 hours, Premium Shine 3-4 hours, and Ultimate Shine 5-7 hours. We'll provide a specific time estimate when you book your service.
What do I need to provide for mobile detailing?
Just access to your vehicle and a water source (outdoor spigot). We bring all necessary equipment, premium products, power (if needed), and even our own water supply if a spigot isn't available. You don't need to do anything special to prepare - we handle everything.
How often should I have my car detailed?
For optimal results, we recommend a Basic Shine every 1-2 months, a Signature Shine every 2-3 months, Premium Shine every 3-4 months, and an Ultimate Shine with paint correction and ceramic coating once a year. Florida's harsh climate can be tough on vehicles, so regular maintenance helps protect your investment.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes! We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to address any concerns at no additional cost. Our ceramic coatings also come with specific durability warranties.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, mobile payment apps (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle), cash, and checks. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We'll provide a detailed receipt for all services performed.
What if it rains on my scheduled service day?
We closely monitor weather forecasts and will contact you proactively if we anticipate bad weather on your service day. We can either reschedule at no charge or, if you have a covered area (garage, carport), proceed with the service focusing on interior work until weather improves.
What's the difference between wax and ceramic coating?
Wax provides temporary protection (typically 1-3 months) and enhances shine, while ceramic coating offers long-term protection (12+ months) against UV rays, chemical stains, and minor scratches. Ceramic coating is more expensive upfront but provides better long-term value, easier maintenance, and superior protection.
Can you remove scratches and swirl marks?
Yes, we can address light to moderate scratches and swirl marks through our paint correction process, included in our Premium and Ultimate Shine packages. However, deep scratches that have penetrated the clear coat may require professional body work. We'll assess the damage during our initial inspection and provide an honest evaluation.
What's included in interior detailing?
Our interior detailing includes comprehensive vacuuming, dusting, cleaning all surfaces, window cleaning, and sanitizing. Higher-tier packages include carpet and upholstery extraction, leather conditioning, headliner cleaning, and odor elimination. We use premium, eco-friendly products that are safe for all interior materials.
Do you service commercial vehicles or fleets?
